Discussion on Construction Schedule Control and Risk Prevention Strategies for Highway Engineering Projects
公路工程项目施工进度控制及风险防范策略探讨

摘要

近年来我国公路工程建设规模持续扩大，在建时间长、投资额巨大，做好工程施工进度安排及风险管理有着重要 意义。文章剖析当前公路工程建设中存在的一些突出的问题主要有施工进度规划不当、施工现场缺乏有效组织与协调、 人员机器材料配置不够合理、防范风险手段欠缺。进而从制定合理的施工进度计划、合理安排施工组织与配备资源、 加强施工现场管理、实施动态化信息化监管、做好事前调查勘探、强化技术和质量安全管理等方面提出解决问题的办 法。通过研究证明采取上述举措能够提升施工方对项目工期的把控能力，减少工程建设中的各类风险的发生几率，可 以保障工程顺利按质按时竣工交付使用。 

Abstract

In recent years, the scale of highway engineering construction in China has continued to expand. Given the long construction periods and substantial investment involved, it is of great significance to ensure proper construction schedule planning and effective risk management. This paper analyzes several prominent problems currently existing in highway engineering construction, including improper schedule planning, insufficient organization and coordination at construction sites, unreasonable allocation of personnel, machinery, and materials, as well as inadequate risk prevention measures. It then proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of formulating reasonable construction schedules, arranging construction organization and resource allocation more effectively, strengthening on-site construction management, implementing dynamic and information-based supervision, conducting thorough pre-construction investigation and survey work, and reinforcing technical, quality, and safety management. The study demonstrates that adopting these measures can enhance the contractor’s ability to control the project schedule, reduce the likelihood of various risks during construction, and ensure the smooth completion and delivery of the project on time and with the required quality.
