Research on Common Problems in Building Structure Design and Improvement Measures
建筑结构设计常见问题及改进措施研究

摘要

建筑结构设计是土木工程施工的重要环节,关系到建筑物的安全可靠性和使用年限以及经济成本,本文对建筑结 构设计基本原理及发展情况进行归纳总结,着重探讨了结构选型错误、荷载选取及组合失误、结构计算简化的误差以 及缺少抗震措施以及构造不当等五大类常见问题及其解决对策,研究发现设计标准认识不清、设计人员的知识结构和 技术水平参差不齐、跨专业合作不够充分是造成这些问题的主要原因。这些改进建议可以为建筑结构的设计工作有所 帮助,也有利于提高工程质量和建筑物安全性能。

Abstract

Building structure design is an important part of civil engineering construction, as it is directly related to the safety, reliability, service life, and economic cost of a building. This paper summarizes the basic principles and development of building structure design, with a focus on five major categories of common problems and their corresponding solutions, including improper structural scheme selection, errors in load selection and combination, inaccuracies caused by the simplification of structural calculations, insufficient seismic design measures, and improper structural detailing. The study finds that unclear understanding of design standards, uneven knowledge structure and technical competence among designers, and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration are the main causes of these problems. The proposed improvement measures may provide useful support for building structure design and help enhance engineering quality and structural safety.
