装配式建筑及信息技术的结合应用是实现建筑业升级转型的有效方式之一。本文对装配式建筑数字化设计及施工 进行研究分析,在以BIM为基础的协同设计、参数化及模块化设计、预制构件标准化及深化设计、数字化设计软件及 信息集成等方面介绍了数字化设计的主要技术;在预制构件工厂化制造、施工过程信息化管理、现场安装质量控制以 及物联网监控等几个方面提出了数字化施工的相关技术。研究发现:BIM 技术作为核心技术的支撑者,连接了设计、 生产和施工整个产业链条的信息链,实现了由“各自为政的设计”到“相互配合的设计”,以及“粗放式建设”到“精 细化施工”的飞跃发展。本课题的研究可以为建筑装配式数字工程技术的应用起到借鉴作用。
The integrated application of prefabricated buildings and information technology is one of the effective ways to achieve the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry. This paper studies and analyzes the digital design and construction of prefabricated buildings. It introduces the major technologies of digital design in terms of BIM-based collaborative design, parametric and modular design, standardization and detailed design of prefabricated components, as well as digital design software and information integration. It also proposes relevant digital construction technologies in several aspects, including factory-based manufacturing of prefabricated components, information-based management of the construction process, on-site installation quality control, and Internet of Things monitoring. The study finds that BIM technology, as the core technical support, connects the information chain of the entire industrial chain covering design, production, and construction, enabling a leap from “isolated design” to “coordinated design” and from “extensive construction” to “refined construction.” This research can provide useful reference for the application of digital engineering technologies in prefabricated construction.
