摘要
地震是一种突发性的自然灾害,它的危害是巨大的,在地震面前,建筑工程结构的安全也是受到严重的威胁。所
以,在建筑设计的时候正确的采用一些抗震隔震方法可以缓解地震造成房屋毁坏的影响,保护好人们的生老病死。本
文从建筑结构抗设中隔震减震的研究入手,先说明了隔震减震的重要性和必要性,然后针对现在的建筑结构设计存在
的问题如隔震支座与抗震墙互相影响、建筑朝向不合理、结构体系不合理、墙体与防震缝设置不合理等问题进行了分
析,在此基础上针对隔震层的设计,建筑朝向的选择、消能减震的应用及试验研究和检测等方面进行了系统的论述,
希望能给提高建筑结构的抗震能力带来帮助。

Abstract
Earthquakes are sudden natural disasters with severe destructive effects, and building structures face serious safety
threats under seismic action. Therefore, the proper adoption of seismic resistance, isolation, and energy dissipation measures in
architectural design can reduce earthquake-induced damage to buildings and protect people’s lives and property. Starting from
the study of seismic isolation and energy dissipation in building structural design, this paper first explains the importance and
necessity of seismic isolation and energy dissipation measures. It then analyzes existing problems in current building structural
design, such as the interaction between isolation bearings and seismic walls, unreasonable building orientation, improper
structural systems, and irrational arrangement of walls and seismic joints. On this basis, the paper systematically discusses the
design of isolation layers, the selection of building orientation, the application of energy dissipation and vibration reduction
technologies, as well as experimental research and testing, with the aim of providing support for improving the seismic
performance of building structures.
