摘要
本文立足山地乡村特殊施工场景，聚焦小型配套建筑工程“施工技术落地”与“全过程成本管控”的协同痛点，
系统剖析工程建设中技术选型、现场施工、资源调配、造价管理等环节的核心问题，构建“技术适配降本、管控提质
增效、全过程协同闭环”的管理体系，提出贴合山地乡村工况、可落地、可考核、可推广的技术与成本协同应用策略。
研究成果可有效解决山地小型建筑工程技术与成本割裂管控的行业难题，提升工程施工质量、压缩无效建设成本、规
范乡村小微工程建设秩序，为同类山地乡村配套建筑工程精细化建设与高效管控提供实操参考与技术支撑。

Abstract
This paper addresses the unique construction challenges in mountainous rural areas, focusing on the synergistic
issues between implementing construction technologies and achieving comprehensive cost control in small-scale supporting
construction projects. It systematically analyzes key problems across technology selection, on-site execution, resource
allocation, and cost management, establishing a management framework characterized by "technology adaptation for cost
reduction, quality-improving control mechanisms, and end-to-end collaborative processes." The study proposes practical
strategies for integrating technology with cost management that are tailored to mountainous rural conditions, implementable,
measurable, and scalable. These findings effectively resolve the industry-wide challenge of fragmented technology-cost
management in small-scale mountain construction projects, enhance construction quality, reduce unnecessary costs, standardize
the implementation practices of rural infrastructure projects, and provide actionable references and technical support for refined
construction and efficient management of similar mountainous rural supporting projects.
