摘要

]BIM 技术是推动建筑业信息化发展的主要推动力,在一定程度上改变了传统建筑结构设计方式及方法,在此基础
上提出了以 BIM 为基础的结构设计应用平台架构模型,详细介绍了结构 BIM 建模、碰撞检查、性能仿真、施工图纸输
出等一系列核心技术,并对现行应用中遇到的技术难题与管理缺陷进行了分析。结论认为 BIM 利用三维信息整合及协
同设计模式可以在很大程度上提高结构设计水平,但是也存在许多如标准建立不全、数据共享困难以及各单位的合作
不到位等问题。

Abstract

BIM technology is a major driving force for the informatization development of the construction industry and has, to
a certain extent, transformed traditional methods and approaches in building structural design. On this basis, this paper proposes
a BIM-based architectural model for a structural design application platform, and introduces in detail a series of core
technologies, including structural BIM modeling, clash detection, performance simulation, and construction drawing output. It
also analyzes the technical difficulties and management deficiencies encountered in current applications. The study concludes
that BIM technology can greatly improve the level of structural design through three-dimensional information integration and
collaborative design. However, there are still many problems, such as incomplete standard systems, difficulties in data sharing,
and insufficient cooperation among different participating units.
