Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Building Water Supply and Drainage Design
建筑给排水设计中 BIM 技术应用研究

摘要

建筑给排水是建筑工程一个重要组成部分,给排水设计的质量对整个建筑的功能以及人们的生活有着重要影响。
BIM 技术凭借其可视化、参数化、协同化的特点,在给排水设计中正在实现由传统的二维平面到三维空间转变,也
实现了由以前的经验主导到以数据为主导的重大转变。本文介绍了 BIM 技术在建筑给排水工程设计中的应用价值,详
细说明 BIM 技术在整个给排水设计过程中所起的作用,包括前期准备工作、项目样板建立、工作集创建以及具体的设
计、方案优化及正向设计等各个阶段的应用方式,并提出了一些关于 BIM 技术应用时应注意的问题。研究显示,BIM
碰撞检测可以解决约 95%的问题,在图纸上就可以发现这些问题,从而减少设计变更次数、节省时间以及提高质量水
平,对建筑给排水系统的整个寿命周期管理起到良好支持作用。

Abstract

Building water supply and drainage is an important component of construction engineering, and the quality of water
supply and drainage design has a significant impact on the overall function of buildings and people’s daily lives. With its
advantages of visualization, parametrization, and collaboration, BIM technology is promoting the transformation of water
supply and drainage design from traditional two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional spatial design, and from
experience-driven design to data-driven design. This paper introduces the application value of BIM technology in building
water supply and drainage engineering design, and explains in detail its role throughout the whole design process, including
preliminary preparation, project template establishment, workset creation, detailed design, scheme optimization, and forward
design. It also proposes issues that should be noted in the application of BIM technology. The study shows that BIM clash
detection can solve approximately 95% of problems by identifying them at the drawing stage, thereby reducing design changes,
saving time, and improving quality. It also provides strong support for whole-life-cycle management of building water supply
and drainage systems.
