摘要
随着建筑业规模不断扩大以及绿色建筑理念日益普及,建筑电气系统能耗问题越来越被重视。而绿色节能技术是
实现节能减排的有效途径,在建筑电气设计中发挥重要作用。从照明系统、供配电系统以及可再生能源应用等方面出
发,对建筑电气能耗及其节约措施进行研究,介绍了变压器节能选型、谐波治理、绿色照明控制、光伏建筑一体化及
智能监控等具体实施方法。结合实际工程案例及相关标准规定给出以全寿命周期费用为基础考虑的节电方案以及智能
化发展方向。研究表明,绿色节能技术的应用可以减少建筑电气能耗,使建筑行业更加绿色环保。

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the construction industry and the increasing popularization of green building
concepts, the energy consumption of building electrical systems has received growing attention. Green energy-saving
technologies are an effective approach to achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, and they play an important
role in building electrical design. Starting from lighting systems, power supply and distribution systems, and the application of
renewable energy, this paper studies energy consumption in building electrical systems and corresponding energy-saving
measures. It introduces specific implementation methods, including energy-saving transformer selection, harmonic control,
green lighting control, building-integrated photovoltaics, and intelligent monitoring. In combination with practical engineering
cases and relevant standards, energy-saving design schemes based on life-cycle cost considerations and intelligent development
directions are proposed. The study shows that the application of green energy-saving technologies can reduce energy
consumption in building electrical systems and promote a greener and more environmentally friendly development of the
construction industry.
