摘要

乌恰县吾合沙鲁乡小学后山地区发生的一种由暴雨引起的泥石流灾害,已经对周边的安全构成严重危险。根据泥
石流生成机理和潜在危害,从地形地貌、气候特征、地质结构等几个方面入手进行系统的研究,对泥石流形成的原因
进行分析。用科学的评价体系来准确评定泥石流的风险级别,从而给该区域泥石流防治工作决策给予理论支撑,促使
定制化的减灾策略制订和推行。

Abstract

A mudslide disaster caused by heavy rain occurred in the back mountain area of Wuhaishalu Township Primary
School in Wuchai County, posing a serious threat to the surrounding safety. Based on the generation mechanism and potential
hazards of the mudslide, a systematic study was conducted from several aspects such as topography, climate characteristics, and
geological structure. The causes of the mudslide formation were analyzed. A scientific evaluation system was used to accurately
assess the risk level of the mudslide, thereby providing theoretical support for the decision-making of mudslide prevention and
control work in this area, and promoting the formulation and implementation of customized disaster reduction strategies.
