摘要
建筑室外装修设计与施工一体化是建筑业转型升级的重要趋势，有利于提高工程质量、缩短工期、节约综合投资
成本。基于一体化理论基础上对室外装修设计基本内容、施工一体化管理思想以及设计与施工配合进行阐述，在施工
技术方面着重介绍幕墙与外墙装饰施工技术和防水防腐以及保温工程施工技术要点。提出设计施工一体化管理模式、
BIM 技术运用以及全生命周期质量管理等方式来实现一体化，同时也指出现阶段设计与施工配合不够紧密、材料与工
艺不匹配等问题。设计施工一体化模式在建筑装饰工程中相较于传统的模式，在施工速度、质量管理、经济效益上都
有很大提升。对于存在的问题，本文给出完善协同机制、推广新技术及新工艺的应用、加强全方位的质量管理等建议，
旨在对建筑室外装修工程的设计施工一体化起到一定借鉴作用。

Abstract
The integration of design and construction in building exterior decoration is an important trend in the transformation
and upgrading of the construction industry. It is conducive to improving project quality, shortening construction periods, and
reducing overall investment costs. Based on the theoretical foundation of integration, this paper discusses the basic contents of
exterior decoration design, the management concept of construction integration, and the coordination between design and
construction. In terms of construction technology, it focuses on curtain wall and exterior wall decoration construction
technologies, as well as key technical points of waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation works. Methods such as an
integrated design-construction management model, the application of BIM technology, and whole-life-cycle quality
management are proposed to realize integration. The paper also points out existing problems at the present stage, such as
insufficient coordination between design and construction and mismatches between materials and construction processes.
Compared with the traditional model, the integrated design-construction model can significantly improve construction speed,
quality management, and economic benefits in building decoration projects. In response to the existing problems, this paper
proposes suggestions such as improving collaborative mechanisms, promoting the application of new technologies and
processes, and strengthening comprehensive quality management, with the aim of providing reference for the integration of
design and construction in building exterior decoration projects.
