摘要
伴随着建筑业向数字化、智能化、绿色化发展深化的趋势,新技术、新材料的应用是促进建筑设计革新及产业变
革的重要力量。文章全面总结了目前建筑设计领域内数字建模设计技术、智慧建造技术等新技术使用情况,高性能材
料、绿色环保材料、智能材料等新材料应用情况,在此基础上进一步探讨新旧材料的整合应用问题和技术融合程度不
足、材料匹配性差等问题,并提出了跨学科协作研发、完善建筑材料评价体系、开展经济效益对比研究、加强行业标
准监督等方面的改进措施。研究发现,新技术新材料互相融合创新了建筑的设计模式,但是如何将技术创新转化为工
程建设实践中的价值,还需要创建健全一体化的技术-工程建设集成创新机制以及评价指标体系。

Abstract
With the deepening trend of digital, intelligent, and green development in the construction industry, the application of
new technologies and new materials has become an important force driving innovation in architectural design and industrial
transformation. This paper comprehensively summarizes the current application of new technologies in architectural design,
such as digital modeling design technology and intelligent construction technology, as well as the application of new materials,
including high-performance materials, green and environmentally friendly materials, and smart materials. On this basis, it
further discusses problems such as the integrated application of new and traditional materials, insufficient technological
integration, and poor material compatibility. Improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of interdisciplinary
collaborative research and development, improvement of the building material evaluation system, comparative research on
economic benefits, and strengthened supervision of industry standards. The study finds that the integration of new technologies
and new materials has innovated architectural design models. However, transforming technological innovation into practical
value in engineering construction still requires the establishment of a sound integrated innovation mechanism and evaluation
index system linking technology with engineering construction.
