摘要
人工智能、物联网以及绿色低碳理念的结合,使建筑物由原来的“被动节能”发展到现在的“主动智慧”,由弱
电集成到数智生态的发展趋势,在这种情况下,智能建筑电气设计及弱电系统集成是实现建筑智慧运行的关键技术手
段。文章总结智能建筑电气设计基本要求,在此基础上对目前电气及弱电系统存在的问题进行了探讨,包括系统间兼
容性差、信息传输可靠性低、系统集成难度大以及智能化管理水平较低等问题,并从完善系统集成设计、提升系统兼
容性和可靠性、推广 BIM 和物联网技术的应用、加强智能化运维管理和发展绿色节能型智能建筑等方面提出一系列措
施建议,旨在为智能建筑电气设计提供指导。

Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and green low-carbon concepts has promoted the
transformation of buildings from “passive energy conservation” to “active intelligence,” and has further advanced the
development trend from weak-current integration to a digital-intelligent ecosystem. In this context, electrical design and
weak-current system integration in intelligent buildings have become key technical means for realizing intelligent building
operation. This paper summarizes the basic requirements for electrical design in intelligent buildings and, on this basis,
discusses current problems in electrical and weak-current systems, including poor compatibility among systems, low reliability
of information transmission, difficulty in system integration, and a low level of intelligent management. A series of measures
and suggestions are proposed, including improving system integration design, enhancing system compatibility and reliability,
promoting the application of BIM and Internet of Things technologies, strengthening intelligent operation and maintenance
management, and developing green energy-saving intelligent buildings. The aim is to provide guidance for electrical design in
intelligent buildings.
