摘要

本研究探讨基于 BIM 技术的建筑结构设计优化方法,通过分析 BIM 与建筑结构设计的耦合机理,从设计流程、
不同建筑类型、性能优化三方面构建优化体系,运用参数化设计、协同平台、模拟分析等技术手段。结果表明,该方
法可显著提升设计精度、效率与协同性,降低成本与施工风险,BIM 技术为建筑结构设计提供了全方位技术支撑,其
深度应用有助于推动建筑设计行业高质量发展。

Abstract

This study explores optimization methods for building structural design based on BIM technology. By analyzing the
coupling mechanism between BIM and building structural design, an optimization system is constructed from three aspects:
design process, different building types, and performance optimization. Technical means such as parametric design,
collaborative platforms, and simulation analysis are applied. The results show that this method can significantly improve design
accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration, while reducing costs and construction risks. BIM technology provides comprehensive
technical support for building structural design, and its in-depth application contributes to the high-quality development of the
architectural design industry.
