摘要

本文立足涉农产业园配套工程现场施工特点,系统梳理施工阶段典型冲突类型与技术协调管理短板,深度剖析工
序冲突、工农冲突、技术衔接冲突、管理协同冲突的核心成因,结合农时生产需求与工程建设规范,构建前置预判、
动态管控、技术适配、多方联动的现场协调管理体系,提出可落地、可闭环、可考核的冲突处置与技术协调优化策略。
研究成果可有效化解涉农工程施工矛盾、规范现场技术管理秩序、提升工程建设效率,保障产业园配套工程高质高效
落地,为同类涉农基建项目现场管控提供实操参考与技术支撑。

Abstract

Based on the construction characteristics of supporting projects in agricultural industrial parks, this paper
systematically identifies typical conflict types and shortcomings in technical coordination management during the construction
phase. It provides an in-depth analysis of the root causes of process conflicts, industry-agriculture conflicts, technical
integration challenges, and management coordination issues. By integrating agricultural production schedules with engineering
construction standards, the study establishes a field coordination management system featuring proactive prediction, dynamic
control, technical adaptation, and multi-party collaboration. Practical, comprehensively implementable, and assessable
strategies for conflict resolution and technical optimization are proposed. The research findings effectively mitigate
construction disputes in agricultural projects, standardize on-site technical management practices, enhance project efficiency,
ensure high-quality implementation of park support facilities, and offer actionable references and technical support for similar
agricultural infrastructure projects.
