摘要

排水沥青路面凭借其大空隙骨架结构赋予的排水、抗滑、降噪等功能优势,已成为提升雨天行车安全性和舒适性
的重要路面结构形式。然而,由于其材料组成与施工工艺的特殊性,排水沥青路面的质量控制难度显著高于传统密级
配沥青路面。《排水沥青路面设计与施工技术规范》(JTG/T 3350-032020)基于成熟、可靠、先进、实用的原则,全
面总结了国内排水沥青路面设计和施工等工程实践经验,借鉴了国内外排水沥青路面的最新研究成果。文中从排水沥
青路面施工技术质量控制的价值出发,系统梳理了材料质量、施工工艺、机械设备及检测监管等方面的现状与问题,
并从材料管控、工艺规范、设备管理和检测监管四个维度提出了针对性的优化策略,以期为排水沥青路面施工技术的
推广与质量提升提供参考。

Abstract

Porous asphalt pavement, with its large-void skeleton structure, provides functional advantages such as drainage,
skid resistance, and noise reduction, and has become an important pavement structure for improving driving safety and comfort
in rainy weather. However, due to the particularity of its material composition and construction process, quality control of
porous asphalt pavement is significantly more difficult than that of traditional dense-graded asphalt pavement. The Technical
Specifications for Design and Construction of Porous Asphalt Pavement (JTG/T 3350-03—2020), based on the principles of
maturity, reliability, advancement, and practicality, comprehensively summarizes engineering experience in the design and
construction of porous asphalt pavement in China and draws on the latest research achievements in porous asphalt pavement at
home and abroad. Starting from the value of quality control in porous asphalt pavement construction technology, this paper
systematically reviews the current situation and existing problems in material quality, construction processes, mechanical
equipment, testing, and supervision. Targeted optimization strategies are proposed from four dimensions: material control,
process standardization, equipment management, and testing supervision, with the aim of providing reference for the promotion
of porous asphalt pavement construction technology and the improvement of construction quality.
