高层建筑结构抗震设计关键技术研究

摘要

高层建筑结构的抗震性能直接影响人民群众的生命财产安全以及城市的抗灾能力,在建筑物越来越高、越来越复
杂的情况下,抗震设计面临的问题也越来越多,比如结构布置不合理、抗震构造措施不到位、计算不够精确、新技术
的应用相对滞后等。本文论述了高层建筑抗震设计的重要性和必要性,并总结了目前存在的主要问题,在此基础上提
出了相应的建议,以期对高层建筑抗震设计与实践具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract

The seismic performance of high-rise building structures directly affects people’s lives and property safety as well as
a city’s disaster resistance capacity. As buildings become increasingly taller and more complex, seismic design faces more
challenges, such as unreasonable structural layout, inadequate seismic detailing measures, insufficient calculation accuracy, and
relatively lagging application of new technologies. This paper discusses the importance and necessity of seismic design for
high-rise buildings, summarizes the main existing problems, and proposes corresponding recommendations on this basis, with
the aim of providing guidance and reference for the seismic design and engineering practice of high-rise buildings.
