建筑工程施工技术及现场管理同工程质量、安全、进度、成本等目标的达成有着直接联系。文章主要对施工技术 的内涵和特点进行阐述,重点对地基处理、基础工程、主体结构工程等施工技术进行分析。针对现场管理中存在的质 量管理体系不健全、安全制度落实不到位、进度和成本协调不力、材料设备管理不规范等状况,从健全质量责任体系、 加强安全风险管控、改善动态计划控制、规范材料设备管理等角度给出改进措施,期望给提高施工管理水平给予操作 上的参照。
Construction technology and on-site management in building engineering are directly related to the achievement of objectives such as project quality, safety, schedule, and cost. This paper mainly expounds the connotation and characteristics of construction technology, with a focus on analyzing construction technologies for foundation treatment, foundation engineering, and main structural engineering. In response to problems in on-site management, such as an incomplete quality management system, inadequate implementation of safety systems, ineffective coordination between schedule and cost, and non-standardized management of materials and equipment, improvement measures are proposed from the perspectives of improving the quality responsibility system, strengthening safety risk control, enhancing dynamic schedule control, and standardizing material and equipment management. The study is expected to provide operational reference for improving the level of construction management.
