循环水管道作为关键输送设施,只有稳定运行才可提高生产效率、输送安全性、环保效果。由于管道在水环境中 长期使用,可能会受到水质化学、运行工况、微生物活动等多元影响,从而引发腐蚀破坏。因此,本文将首先分析循 环水管道的主要腐蚀形态,包括均匀腐蚀、点蚀、微生物腐蚀等,之后对腐蚀形成原因进行分析,最后提出相应防护 措施,希望加强循环水管道的防护效果,并提高管道运行安全性、稳定性。
As key conveying facilities, circulating water pipelines can improve production efficiency, transportation safety, and environmental protection performance only when they operate stably. Due to long-term service in an aqueous environment, pipelines may be affected by multiple factors, such as water chemistry, operating conditions, and microbial activity, which can lead to corrosion damage. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the main corrosion forms of circulating water pipelines, including uniform corrosion, pitting corrosion, and microbiologically influenced corrosion. It then examines the causes of corrosion and finally proposes corresponding protective measures. The aim is to strengthen the protective effect of circulating water pipelines and improve the safety and stability of pipeline operation.
