Improvement Paths for Construction Technology Management in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects
水利水电工程施工技术管理水平的提升路径

摘要

水利水电工程项目建设施工技术管理属于整个项目的一部分，一个项目的施工技术水平直接影响着项目的质量、 安全及进度，本文介绍了项目施工技术管理工作的重要性并对其存在的不足进行了分析，指出管理不到位、监控力度 不够、管理落后三个问题并针对完善施工技术管理制度、加大施工技术管理力度、提高施工技术人员素质水平以及处 理好施工技术和工期的关系四点提出建议，研究提出建立科学化、标准化、信息化的技术管理体系有利于提高水利水 电工程项目的施工技术管理能力。

Abstract

 Construction technology management in water conservancy and hydropower projects is an important part of overall project construction. The level of construction technology directly affects project quality, safety, and progress. This paper introduces the importance of construction technology management and analyzes its existing deficiencies. It identifies three major problems: inadequate management, insufficient supervision, and backward management methods. Corresponding suggestions are proposed from four aspects: improving the construction technology management system, strengthening construction technology management, enhancing the professional competence of construction technical personnel, and properly handling the relationship between construction technology and project duration. The study suggests that establishing a scientific, standardized, and information-based technology management system is conducive to improving the construction technology management capability of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
