川西北高原不少偏远农村供水站点不通市政电网,依靠人工投放消毒剂也很难把控用量。本文结合黑水县农村饮 水提质改造工程,试点使用水力计量式自动消毒配液器。工作人员根据设备构造、管路布局和现场环境完成安装调试, 经过长时间跟踪观测,检验设备运行状态与水质改善情况。这套设备药剂投放量可以跟随供水流量灵活调整,出水水 质全部达到国家饮用水相关标准。设备构造简单,日常运行开销小,十分适配高原山区小型供水工程,也能为同类地 区饮水改造提供实际借鉴。
Many remote rural water supply stations in the plateau area of northwestern Sichuan are not connected to the municipal power grid, and it is also difficult to accurately control the dosage when disinfectants are added manually. Based on the rural drinking water quality improvement project in Heishui County, this paper presents a pilot application of a hydropower-driven metered automatic disinfectant dosing and solution-mixing device. According to the equipment structure, pipeline layout, and on-site environment, staff completed installation and commissioning, and then examined the operating status of the equipment and the improvement of water quality through long-term follow-up observation. The device generates electricity through water flow and can flexibly adjust the disinfectant dosage according to the water supply flow. The quality of the treated water fully meets relevant national drinking water standards. With a simple structure and low daily operating cost, the equipment is highly suitable for small water supply projects in plateau mountainous areas and can provide practical reference for drinking water improvement in similar regions.
