水利水电工程是国家基础设施建设的重要组成部分,而其设计水平直接影响着工程的安全性、经济效益以及生态 环境的可持续发展,本文对水利水电工程的设计中存在的主要四个问题进行了总结归纳,即前期勘查及基础信息缺失 不足、水文计算及参数选择不当、结构设计的安全性和经济性的不平衡、缺乏生态环境方面的考虑,在此基础上从技 术角度、管理机制方面、工作人员素质以及外部因素等方面分析出这些问题的原因所在并有针对性地提出了相应的解 决措施,同时指出了应该重视进行方案的选择比较和BIM信息技术的应用等。研究成果可为水利水电工程设计实践提 供参考。
Water conservancy and hydropower projects are an important component of national infrastructure construction, and their design quality directly affects project safety, economic benefits, and the sustainable development of the ecological environment. This paper summarizes four major problems commonly found in the design of water conservancy and hydropower projects: insufficient preliminary investigation and basic information, improper hydrological calculation and parameter selection, imbalance between structural safety and economic efficiency, and inadequate consideration of the ecological environment. On this basis, the causes of these problems are analyzed from the perspectives of technology, management mechanisms, personnel competence, and external factors, and corresponding targeted solutions are proposed. The paper also points out the importance of scheme comparison and selection as well as the application of BIM information technology. The research findings can provide references for the design practice of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
