乌兰牧骑作为草原上的红色文艺轻骑兵，其精神是中国基层服务精神与文艺为民理念的重要部分。本文基 于参与乌兰牧骑专题讲座、研读相关理论资料的学习经历，在简要梳理乌兰牧骑精神内涵与时代印记的基础上，重 点聚集学习过程中的自我反思。从服务初心与价值取向、能力格局与实践作风两个核心角度，深入解析乌兰牧骑精 神对个人固有认知与行为模式的重塑，展现学习过程中从认知到反思的转变。研究表明，乌兰牧骑精神不仅是文艺 工作者的精神旗帜，更是新时代青年审视自我、修正认知的重要借鉴，对个人价值取向与逻辑具有深刻意义。

Abstract

As a red literary and artistic light cavalry on the grassland, Ulan Muqir represents an important embodiment of China’s grassroots service spirit and the principle of art and literature serving the people. Based on the author’s learning experience of participating in special lectures on Ulan Muqir and studying relevant theoretical materials, this paper briefly reviews the connotations and contemporary significance of the Ulan Muqir spirit, with a focus on self-reflection during the learning process. From the two core perspectives of service-oriented original aspiration and value orientation, as well as capability structure and practical work style, the paper analyzes in depth how the Ulan Muqir spirit reshapes individuals’ existing cognition and behavioral patterns, demonstrating the transformation from cognition to reflection in the learning process. The study shows that the Ulan Muqir spirit is not only a spiritual banner for literary and artistic workers, but also an important reference for young people in the new era to examine themselves and revise their cognition. It has profound significance for personal value orientation and ways of thinking.
