医药行业工程项目管理的现存问题及优化路径研究

摘要

医药行业工程项目在我国医疗事业发展中占据重要地位,随着医药行业高质量发展与GMP标准持续升级,医药 工程项目已逐渐备受关注。医药工程项目的规范管理,对整个医药行业的高质量发展具有十分重要的推动作用。相比 发达国家成熟的管理模式,我国医药工程项目管理发展时间较短但发展迅速,这就不可避免地出现一些突出问题,而 这些问题也可以成为医药工程项目管理水平提升的机遇和挑战。本文结合医药行业工程项目特殊性,系统剖析其在组 织架构、全周期管控、技术应用、风险防控等方面的突出问题,提出针对性优化策略,为医药行业工程项目管理人员 提升管理效能提供实践指导,同时推动行业项目管理向规范化、精细化、数字化方向发展。

Abstract

Engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry play an important role in the development of China’s medical and healthcare sector. With the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry and the continuous upgrading of GMP standards, pharmaceutical engineering projects have gradually attracted increasing attention. Standardized management of pharmaceutical engineering projects is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the entire pharmaceutical industry. Compared with the mature management models of developed countries, China’s pharmaceutical engineering project management started relatively late but has developed rapidly, which inevitably gives rise to some prominent problems. These problems also provide both opportunities and challenges for improving the management level of pharmaceutical engineering projects. Based on the particularities of engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry, this paper systematically analyzes the prominent problems in organizational structure, whole-cycle control, technology application, and risk prevention and control, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. The study provides practical guidance for project managers in the pharmaceutical industry to improve management efficiency, while promoting the development of project management in the industry toward standardization, refinement, and digitalization.
