Key Technologies and Anti-Seepage Treatment Measures for Trench Construction of Sewage Pipe Networks Along River Sections
沿河地段污水管网沟槽施工关键技术及防渗处理措施

摘要

为解决沿河沟槽施工稳定性差、防渗管控难度大、施工质量不可控等行业痛点,本文总结适配沿河地段的沟槽开 挖支护、动态降水、基底加固等关键施工技术,针对性提出分级防渗、分层隔水、节点密封、全过程防渗管控的可落 地处理措施,构建“稳坡固基、控水防渗、节点密闭、长效防渗”的施工管控体系。研究形成的技术策略可有效解决 沿河沟槽施工坍塌、基底扰动、管道渗漏、地下水倒灌等常见病害,提升沿河污水管网施工质量与运行稳定性,防止 污水入河及河水倒渗问题,为同类临水沟槽管网工程施工提供实操性技术参考与管理依据。

Abstract

 To address industry pain points such as poor trench construction stability along river sections, high difficulty in anti-seepage control, and uncontrollable construction quality, this paper summarizes key construction technologies suitable for river-adjacent sections, including trench excavation support, dynamic dewatering, and foundation reinforcement. Targeted and implementable treatment measures are proposed, including graded anti-seepage, layered water isolation, joint sealing, and whole-process anti-seepage control. A construction control system characterized by “slope stabilization and foundation reinforcement, water control and seepage prevention, joint sealing, and long-term anti-seepage” is established. The technical strategies formed in this study can effectively solve common problems in river-adjacent trench construction, such as collapse, foundation disturbance, pipeline leakage, and groundwater backflow. They can improve the construction quality and operational stability of sewage pipe networks along rivers, prevent sewage from entering rivers and river water from reverse seepage, and provide practical technical references and management bases for similar waterfront trench pipeline projects.
