Research on the Updating and Maintenance of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information Databases
测绘地理信息数据库更新与维护研究

摘要

测绘地理信息数据库是国家空间数据基础设施的核心,其更新维护水平直接影响地理信息服务现势性与可靠性。 当前面临时效性不足、多源数据融合困难、质量控制不完善、安全与共享矛盾突出等问题。基础地理数据库持续更新 存在与初始建库不同的理论方法问题,需建立动态更新机制、完善多源数据集成、构建全过程质量控制、强化安全管 理。针对图幅更新难以满足实时综合服务需求,提出基于增量更新与动态管理的方法,通过信息映射机制设计要素编 码,实现图形与属性一体化管理。科学规范的更新维护体系是提升数据库服务能力的关键路径。

Abstract

 Surveying, mapping and geographic information databases are the core of national spatial data infrastructure, and their updating and maintenance directly affect the currency and reliability of geographic information services. At present, such databases face problems including insufficient timeliness, difficulties in multi-source data fusion, incomplete quality control, and prominent conflicts between data security and sharing. Continuous updating of fundamental geographic databases involves theoretical and methodological issues different from those of initial database construction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a dynamic updating mechanism, improve multi-source data integration, build a whole-process quality control system, and strengthen security management. In response to the fact that map-sheet updating can hardly meet the needs of real-time integrated services, this paper proposes a method based on incremental updating and dynamic management. Through the design of feature coding based on an information mapping mechanism, integrated management of graphics and attributes can be realized. A scientific and standardized updating and maintenance system is a key path for improving database service capabilities.
