本文深度剖析现场成本管控全过程存在的典型问题及深层诱因。从成本管控体系、现场资源管理、变更签证管控、 全过程核算机制、数字化管控赋能、多方协同管控六个实操维度,构建适配施工现场落地应用的成本控制改进体系, 提出针对性、可落地、可考核的优化改进对策。结合施工现场成本管控实操案例验证,结果表明,本文构建的改进机 制能够有效减少施工资源浪费、规避无效成本支出、规范现场成本管控流程、提升项目成本核算精准度,显著提升建 筑工程项目施工阶段精细化成本管控水平与项目经济效益。研究成果可直接为各类房建、市政建筑项目施工成本实操 管控、降本增效治理提供实践参考与应用借鉴。
This paper deeply analyzes the typical problems and underlying causes in the whole process of on-site cost control. From six practical dimensions, including the cost control system, on-site resource management, change order and site visa control, whole-process accounting mechanism, empowerment through digital management, and multi-party collaborative control, this paper constructs an improved cost control system suitable for on-site implementation in construction projects, and proposes targeted, practical, and assessable optimization measures. Through verification based on practical cases of construction site cost control, the results show that the improvement mechanism constructed in this paper can effectively reduce construction resource waste, avoid ineffective cost expenditure, standardize on-site cost control procedures, improve the accuracy of project cost accounting, and significantly enhance the refined cost control level and economic benefits of building engineering projects during the construction stage. The research findings can directly provide practical references and application guidance for construction cost control, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement in various housing construction and municipal building projects.
