Research on Construction Site Safety Management Strategies for Municipal Rainwater and Sewage Separation Renovation Projects
市政雨污分流改造工程施工现场安全管理策略研究

摘要

为破解当前雨污分流改造工程安全管理短板,本文依托建筑施工安全管理规范与风险分级管控理念,从制度体系 建设、现场风险管控、人员教育培训、专项作业管理、应急保障体系、智能化监管赋能六个维度,提出全方位、精细 化的施工现场安全管理优化策略。研究结果可为市政雨污分流改造工程施工现场安全管控提供理论支撑与实践参考, 有效降低施工安全事故发生率,提升市政改造工程安全管理规范化、精细化、智能化水平,保障工程施工安全与城市 运行秩序稳定。

Abstract

To address the current shortcomings in safety management for rainwater and sewage separation renovation projects, this paper relies on construction safety management standards and the concept of risk classification and control. It proposes comprehensive and refined optimization strategies for construction site safety management from six dimensions: institutional system construction, on-site risk control, personnel education and training, special operation management, emergency support systems, and empowerment through intelligent supervision. The research results can provide theoretical support and practical references for construction site safety control in municipal rainwater and sewage separation renovation projects, effectively reduce the incidence of construction safety accidents, improve the standardized, refined, and intelligent level of safety management in municipal renovation projects, and ensure construction safety and the stable operation of urban order.
