Research on Safety Management Problems and Countermeasures at Construction Sites of Building Projects
建筑工程施工现场安全管理问题及对策研究

摘要

为破解当前建筑工程施工现场安全管控体系不完善、人员安全意识薄弱、风险防控不到位、隐患处置不闭环等行 业痛点，本文以建筑工程施工现场为研究载体，系统梳理施工现场安全管理的核心内涵与管控特征，深入剖析现阶段 施工现场存在的典型安全管理问题及深层成因。从人员管控、制度体系、风险防控、现场管控、技术赋能、监督闭环 六个维度，针对性构建适配建筑工程场景的施工现场安全管理优化体系，提出系统化、可落地的安全管控对策。结合 建筑工程施工实际场景开展实证分析，结果表明，本文提出的管理对策可有效排查化解施工现场安全隐患，规范施工 人员作业行为，完善安全管理体系，显著降低安全事故发生率，全面提升建筑工程施工现场安全管控精细化、规范化 水平。研究成果可为各类建筑工程施工现场安全治理、风险防控、安全体系建设提供理论支撑与工程实践参考。

Abstract

 To address current industry pain points such as incomplete safety management and control systems at construction sites, weak safety awareness among personnel, inadequate risk prevention and control, and the lack of closed-loop hidden danger rectification, this paper takes construction sites of building projects as the research object. It systematically reviews the core connotations and management characteristics of construction site safety management, and deeply analyzes the typical safety management problems and underlying causes at the present stage. From six dimensions, including personnel control, institutional systems, risk prevention and control, on-site management, technological empowerment, and closed-loop supervision, this paper constructs a targeted safety management optimization system suitable for building construction scenarios and proposes systematic and practical safety management countermeasures. An empirical analysis is carried out based on actual construction scenarios. The results show that the proposed management countermeasures can effectively identify and resolve safety hazards at construction sites, regulate construction workers’ operating behaviors, improve the safety management system, significantly reduce the incidence of safety accidents, and comprehensively enhance the refined and standardized level of construction site safety management. The research findings can provide theoretical support and engineering practice references for safety governance, risk prevention and control, and safety system construction at various building construction sites.
