房屋建筑电气设计工作繁琐,管线众多,对各专业配合程度较高,而传统的二维设计方式无法很好地避免管线冲 突以及信息孤岛问题。基于BIM技术可实现可视化、协同性和参数化等特点,给电气设计带来新思路。详细分析建筑 电气设计的内容及要求,介绍了BIM技术在供配电与照明系统、防雷接地与消防电气系统中的应用,并结合模型创建、 协同设计、碰撞检查等方面阐述 BIM 技术的应用方式,同时针对标准化欠缺、协同困难等问题给出建议。研究显示, BIM 技术可以提高电气设计质量和效率,在房屋建筑工程中应用。
Electrical design in building construction is complex and involves numerous pipelines and circuits, requiring a high degree of coordination among different disciplines. Traditional two-dimensional design methods cannot effectively avoid pipeline conflicts or solve the problem of information silos. Based on the visualization, collaboration, and parametric features of BIM technology, new ideas can be introduced into electrical design. This paper analyzes the contents and requirements of building electrical design in detail, introduces the application of BIM technology in power supply and distribution systems, lighting systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, and fire electrical systems, and explains its application methods from the aspects of model creation, collaborative design, and clash detection. Suggestions are also proposed for problems such as insufficient standardization and difficulties in collaboration. The study shows that BIM technology can improve the quality and efficiency of electrical design and has practical application value in building construction projects.
