村镇流域污水治理项目施工进度管控与工程量审核管理研究

摘要

本文立足村镇流域污水治理项目现场施工特性，系统梳理项目施工进度管控与工程量审核管理中的现存痛点与核 心问题，从进度精细化管控、工程量全流程审核、现场协同管理、制度机制完善等多个维度，提出一套适配村镇项目、 可落地、可实操的管控策略与管理体系，旨在破解村镇污水治理项目施工管控难题，保障项目按期、保质、低成本完 成建设，为同类村镇流域污水治理工程的施工管理、造价管控、项目提质增效提供理论参考与实践支撑。

Abstract

Based on the on-site construction characteristics of sewage treatment projects in village and town watersheds, this paper systematically reviews the existing pain points and core problems in construction progress control and quantity verification management. From multiple dimensions, including refined progress control, whole-process quantity verification, on-site collaborative management, and improvement of institutional mechanisms, a set of practical and implementable control strategies and management systems suitable for village and town projects is proposed. The aim is to solve construction management difficulties in village and town sewage treatment projects, ensure that projects are completed on schedule, with guaranteed quality and at low cost, and provide theoretical references and practical support for construction management, cost control, and project quality and efficiency improvement in similar sewage treatment projects in village and town watersheds.
