Research on Spatial Layout Optimization of Land Consolidation Projects in Mountainous Areas of Southwest Yunnan
滇西南山区土地整治项目空间布局优化研究

摘要

为统筹滇西南山区耕地保护、生态修复与乡村发展，破解土地整治空间布局无序、功能耦合度低、资源利用效率 不足等难题，本文以滇西南山区自然地理特征与土地利用现状为基础，系统梳理区域土地整治项目空间布局现存问题， 深入剖析地形地貌、生态约束、规划统筹、落地实施等多维度成因，结合云南省国土空间规划与山区生态修复要求， 提出针对性的空间布局优化原则与系统化优化策略。研究结果可为滇西南山区土地整治项目科学布局、土地资源集约 高效利用、生态环境长效保护提供理论支撑与实践参考，助力区域国土空间格局优化、耕地质量提升与乡村振兴协同 发展。

Abstract

To coordinate cultivated land protection, ecological restoration, and rural development in the mountainous areas of Southwest Yunnan, and to address problems such as disordered spatial layout, low functional coupling, and insufficient resource utilization efficiency in land consolidation, this paper takes the natural geographical characteristics and current land use conditions of Southwest Yunnan as the basis. It systematically reviews the existing problems in the spatial layout of regional land consolidation projects and deeply analyzes their causes from multiple dimensions, including topography and geomorphology, ecological constraints, planning coordination, and implementation. In combination with the requirements of territorial spatial planning and mountainous ecological restoration in Yunnan Province, targeted spatial layout optimization principles and systematic optimization strategies are proposed. The research results can provide theoretical support and practical references for the scientific layout of land consolidation projects, intensive and efficient use of land resources, and long-term ecological environmental protection in the mountainous areas of Southwest Yunnan, thereby promoting the coordinated development of regional territorial spatial pattern optimization, cultivated land quality improvement, and rural revitalization.
