为有效破解建筑工程施工进度管理痛点难点,提升项目整体管控质量,本文结合现代工程项目管理理念与行业规 范标准,从进度规划设计、管理制度建设、资源优化配置、全过程动态管控、人员能力建设、信息化赋能升级等多个 维度,提出系统性、可落地的进度管理质量提升策略。研究成果可有效改善建筑工程施工进度管控乱象,规避工期延 误风险,实现进度、质量、成本、安全协同管控,为各类建筑工程项目施工进度管理优化提供理论支撑与实践参考, 助力建筑工程行业精细化、高质量发展。
To effectively address the pain points and difficulties in construction progress management and improve the overall quality of project control, this paper combines modern engineering project management concepts with industry standards and specifications. It proposes systematic and practical strategies for improving the quality of progress management from multiple dimensions, including progress planning and design, management system construction, optimized resource allocation, whole-process dynamic control, personnel capacity building, and information-based empowerment and upgrading. The research findings can effectively improve the disorderly conditions in construction progress control, avoid the risk of construction delays, and realize coordinated control of progress, quality, cost, and safety. They provide theoretical support and practical references for the optimization of construction progress management in various building engineering projects, thereby promoting the refined and high-quality development of the construction industry.
