在生态文明建设与“双碳”目标的双重驱动下，传统建筑工程项目管理模式正面临深刻变革。绿色施工理念不再 局限于单一的环保措施，而是上升为贯穿项目全生命周期的核心管理范式。本文聚焦于绿色施工视域下的管理创新路 径，深入剖析当前项目在资源集约、环境友好及社会协调方面存在的结构性矛盾。通过重构管理要素体系，探讨技术 集成、流程再造与评价机制的协同优化策略，旨在构建一套适应新时代要求的绿色项目管理新框架，为提升工程综合 效益提供理论支撑与实践指引。

Abstract

Driven by both ecological civilization construction and the “dual carbon” goals, traditional building engineering project management models are undergoing profound transformation. The concept of green construction is no longer limited to isolated environmental protection measures, but has been elevated to a core management paradigm running through the whole life cycle of a project. Focusing on management innovation paths from the perspective of green construction, this paper deeply analyzes the structural contradictions currently existing in resource intensification, environmental friendliness, and social coordination in engineering projects. By reconstructing the system of management elements, this paper explores coordinated optimization strategies for technology integration, process reengineering, and evaluation mechanisms, aiming to build a new framework for green project management that meets the requirements of the new era and to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the comprehensive benefits of engineering projects.
