Special Requirements and Design Practice of Electrical and Intelligent Systems in Revolutionary Memorial Buildings
红色纪念类建筑电气与智能化系统的特殊需求与设计实践

摘要

现阶段国内红色纪念建筑电气与智能化设计普遍存在通用化设计严重、文物保护性不足、智能系统与红色展示脱 节、安全冗余偏低、风貌破坏隐患突出、智慧运维体系缺失等问题,难以适配红色建筑的专属功能与保护需求。本文 立足红色纪念类建筑的建设定位与运营特性,系统剖析其电气与智能化系统的差异化、特殊性设计需求,梳理当前工 程设计与落地实践中的核心痛点问题,结合文物保护规范、建筑电气标准与红色场馆运营需求,提出针对性、可落地 的专项设计策略与实践路径。研究成果可为各类红色纪念建筑电气改造、智能化升级、新建专项设计提供技术参考, 实现电气安全、文物保护、红色展陈、智慧运营与风貌保护的协同统一。

Abstract

At present, the electrical and intelligent design of revolutionary memorial buildings in China generally faces problems such as excessive generalized design, insufficient cultural relic protection, disconnection between intelligent systems and revolutionary-themed exhibitions, low safety redundancy, prominent risks of damage to architectural appearance, and the absence of smart operation and maintenance systems. These problems make it difficult to meet the specific functional and protection requirements of revolutionary buildings. Based on the construction positioning and operational characteristics of revolutionary memorial buildings, this paper systematically analyzes the differentiated and special design requirements of their electrical and intelligent systems, identifies the core pain points in current engineering design and implementation practice, and proposes targeted and feasible special design strategies and practical paths in combination with cultural relic protection specifications, building electrical standards, and the operational needs of revolutionary memorial venues. The research results can provide technical reference for electrical renovation, intelligent upgrading, and specialized design of new revolutionary memorial buildings, and promote the coordinated integration of electrical safety, cultural relic protection, revolutionary-themed exhibition, smart operation, and architectural appearance preservation.
