Research on the Optimization of Information-Based Collaborative Platforms in Water Conservancy Project Management

摘要

水利工程项目管理信息化协同平台发挥的作用十分显著,不过系统存在数据孤岛与协同效率低以及响应延迟等问 题,针对上述这些不足之处,从多源数据融合与架构重构以及流程优化等方面提出改进方案。结果显示,优化之后平 台的数据共享效率得到提升,协同响应时间有所缩短,管理精细化程度得以增强,能为水利工程信息化管理提供参考。

Abstract

 Information-based collaborative platforms play a significant role in water conservancy project management. However, such systems still face problems including data silos, low collaborative efficiency, and delayed response. In view of these deficiencies, this paper proposes improvement measures from the perspectives of multi-source data integration, architectural reconstruction, and process optimization. The results show that, after optimization, the platform’s data sharing efficiency is improved, collaborative response time is shortened, and the level of refined management is enhanced. The study can provide reference for the information-based management of water conservancy projects.
