建筑电气设计常见问题分析与改进措施研究

摘要

建筑电气设计是建筑工程设计的重要内容,设计水平直接影响建筑物的功能、使用安全性以及是否达到节能的要 求。目前,由于智能化程度越来越高以及对绿色建筑的要求越来越严格,使得建筑电气设计面临更高的技术和复杂系 统的集成等要求。但是,在实际工程中,建筑电气设计还存在一些问题,阻碍整个建筑物良好发挥其作用。智能建筑 电气设计相对于普通建筑电气设计有其特殊性,在实用性、安全性、智能化、节能等方面都有更高的要求,要精心设 计供配电方案,选择合适的电气设备以获得最好的经济效益。建筑电气供配电线路设计与保护当前存在供配电线路负 荷过大、人员水平较低、材料选用不合理等现象。本文主要从建筑电气设计在建筑工程中的重要性、存在问题、解决 对策及新的技术手段四个方面进行探讨,在供配电系统、照明系统、防雷接地、消防电气及智能化系统的设计中遇到 的一些普遍存在的问题的原因及对策进行分析,希望对建筑电气设计起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

Building electrical design is an important part of architectural engineering design, and its design quality directly affects building functions, operational safety, and the fulfillment of energy-saving requirements. At present, with the continuous improvement of building intelligence and increasingly strict requirements for green buildings, building electrical design faces higher demands in terms of technology and complex system integration. However, in actual engineering practice, building electrical design still involves several problems that hinder the effective functioning of buildings as a whole. Compared with ordinary building electrical design, intelligent building electrical design has its own particularity and higher requirements in practicality, safety, intelligence, and energy conservation. Therefore, power supply and distribution schemes should be carefully designed, and suitable electrical equipment should be selected to achieve optimal economic benefits. Current problems in the design and protection of building electrical power supply and distribution lines include excessive circuit loads, insufficient professional competence of personnel, and unreasonable material selection. This paper mainly discusses building electrical design from four aspects: its importance in construction engineering, existing problems, countermeasures, and new technical means. It analyzes the causes of and solutions to common problems encountered in the design of power supply and distribution systems, lighting systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, fire protection electrical systems, and intelligent systems, with the aim of providing reference for building electrical design.
