Research on Common Problems and Optimization Countermeasures in Electrical Design
电气设计常见问题分析与优化对策研究

摘要

电气设计是建筑工程的重要组成部分,在很大程度上决定了建筑物是否安全可靠、使用功能是否良好以及是否节 能等问题。本文针对供配电系统设计不合理、电气负荷计算不准确、电缆及线路敷设设计存在缺陷以及照明系统设计 不当等问题进行了探讨,并从健全相关标准、提高人员素质和技术能力、加强全生命周期管理、推广BIM及智能化技 术应用以及增强绿色节能环保等方面提出了一些建设性的建议,旨在为建筑电气设计的质量控制提供一定参考。

Abstract

Electrical design is an important component of construction engineering and largely determines building safety and reliability, functional performance, and energy-saving effectiveness. This paper discusses problems such as unreasonable design of power supply and distribution systems, inaccurate electrical load calculation, defects in cable and line laying design, and improper lighting system design. It also proposes constructive suggestions from the perspectives of improving relevant standards, enhancing personnel competence and technical capability, strengthening whole-life-cycle management, promoting the application of BIM and intelligent technologies, and enhancing green, energy-saving, and environmental protection measures. The study aims to provide reference for quality control in building electrical design.
