Research on Construction Quality Management of Water Conservancy Projects

摘要

水利工程是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础设施,其建设质量直接关系到工程运行安全与效益发挥。当前,我国 水利工程建设质量总体上处于受控状态,但仍存在质量管理体系不够完善、施工过程质量控制不到位、人员质量管理 意识不足、材料设备质量监管与信息化支撑不足等问题。文中系统分析了水利工程建设质量管理的特点与现存问题, 并从完善工程质量管理体系、加强施工全过程质量控制、提升人员专业能力与质量意识、强化材料设备全过程监管与 数字化支撑四个方面提出优化策略,以期为水利工程建设质量管理水平的提升提供参考。

Abstract

Water conservancy projects are important infrastructure for national economic and social development, and their construction quality is directly related to operational safety and the realization of project benefits. At present, the construction quality of water conservancy projects in China is generally under control, but problems still exist, including an insufficiently quality management system, inadequate quality control during construction, weak quality management awareness among personnel, and insufficient supervision of material and equipment quality as well as information-based support. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of construction quality management in water conservancy projects, and proposes optimization strategies from four aspects: improving the project quality management system, strengthening whole-process quality control during construction, enhancing personnel’s professional competence and quality awareness, and reinforcing whole-process supervision and digital support for materials and equipment. The study aims to provide reference for improving the quality management level of water conservancy project construction.
