本研究聚焦现代建筑工程管理中的风险控制策略。通过对建筑工程管理各环节深入分析，识别出技术、经济、组 织等多方面风险。探讨了风险评估方法，如层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等。提出针对性风险控制策略，包括建立完 善风险管理体系、加强人员培训、强化合同管理等。旨在为建筑工程管理提供有效的风险控制途径，降低工程风险， 保障工程顺利进行，提升工程质量和经济效益，促进建筑行业健康可持续发展。

Abstract

This study focuses on risk control strategies in modern construction project management. Through an in-depth analysis of various stages of construction project management, risks in multiple aspects, including technology, economy, and organization, are identified. Risk assessment methods such as the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are discussed. Targeted risk control strategies are proposed, including establishing a sound risk management system, strengthening personnel training, and enhancing contract management. The purpose is to provide effective risk control approaches for construction project management, reduce project risks, ensure the smooth progress of projects, improve project quality and economic benefits, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
