随着经济飞速增长和城市化进程加速,城市排水管线长度在不断增加,运维更加复杂,管理不好会影响公众日常 生活、企业发展乃至产生社会影响,因此建立一套能满足政府需求、行业认可、企业发展和人民群众满意的排水管网 运维评价指标体系非常重要。本文分析了国内外关于排水管网运维评价指标体系的概况,对比国内外评价指标体系的 差异,总结国内外侧重点,为排水管网运维评价指标体系未来发展提出建议。
With rapid economic growth and accelerated urbanization, the total length of urban drainage pipelines continues to increase, making operation and maintenance increasingly complex. Poor management may affect the daily lives of the public, enterprise development, and even broader social stability. Therefore, it is of great importance to establish an evaluation indicator system for drainage pipe network operation and maintenance that can meet government requirements, gain industry recognition, support enterprise development, and satisfy public expectations. This paper analyzes the general situation of evaluation indicator systems for drainage pipe network operation and maintenance in China and abroad, compares the differences between domestic and international evaluation systems, summarizes their respective focuses, and puts forward suggestions for the future development of evaluation indicator systems for drainage pipe network operation and maintenance.
