建筑工程监理与质量监督协同管理研究

摘要

建筑工程质量管控是保障工程建设安全与使用性能的核心环节,当前行业精细化管控推进过程中,监理与政府质 量监督的协同衔接不足问题普遍存在,容易引发现场管控重复作业、隐蔽隐患整改滞后等实操问题。本文以建筑工程 双主体质量管控模式为研究对象,结合施工现场一线管理经验,采用现场实操梳理、问题对标分析的研究方式,系统 归纳双主体协同管控的现存短板。据此提出贴合工程现场的实操优化策略,以期完善现场质量协同管控模式,为同类 建筑工程质量精细化治理提供一定的实践参考。

Abstract

Construction engineering quality control is a core link in ensuring construction safety and service performance. At present, during the advancement of refined management and control in the industry, insufficient coordination between engineering supervision and government quality supervision is common, which can easily lead to practical problems such as repeated on-site control operations and delayed rectification of hidden defects. Taking the dual-subject quality control model of construction engineering as the research object, and combining frontline construction site management experience, this paper systematically summarizes the existing shortcomings of dual-subject collaborative control through on-site practice review and problem benchmarking analysis. On this basis, practical optimization strategies suited to engineering sites are proposed, with the aim of improving the on-site quality collaborative control model and providing practical reference for refined quality governance in similar construction projects.
