Analysis of Common Technical Defects and Countermeasures in Municipal Engineering Construction
市政工程施工技术通病分析与对策

摘要

为改善市政工程施工普遍存在的质量不稳定问题,本文依托市政施工全流程工艺特征,针对道路、桥梁、给排水 及附属隐蔽工程开展专项通病梳理与机理分析。通过对标现行施工规范与现场实操工况,系统归纳各类施工缺陷的形 成机制,建立分项工程适配的精细化工艺防控方法与全过程现场管控模式。研究提炼的标准化施工控制要点与治理方 案,能够在一定程度上规避常态化施工缺陷,提升市政基础设施结构稳定性与服役耐久性,可为同类市政工程的施工 质量优化与通病治理提供可行的技术参考。

Abstract

 To improve the common problem of unstable construction quality in municipal engineering, this paper relies on the process characteristics of the whole municipal construction procedure and conducts a special review and mechanism analysis of common defects in roads, bridges, water supply and drainage works, and auxiliary concealed works. By benchmarking current construction specifications and on-site practical conditions, the formation mechanisms of various construction defects are systematically summarized, and refined process prevention and control methods adapted to different subprojects, as well as a whole-process on-site management and control model, are established. The standardized construction control points and treatment schemes refined in this study can, to a certain extent, avoid routine construction defects and improve the structural stability and service durability of municipal infrastructure, providing feasible technical reference for construction quality optimization and common defect treatment in similar municipal projects.
