城镇化竖向发展进程中,高层建筑已成为城市建设的主流形态,其施工工况复杂、工序交叉密集、施工精度要求 严苛,相较于常规建筑存在更高的质量管控难度。针对当前高层建筑施工质控针对性不足、精细化程度低、全流程管 控体系缺失等行业问题,本文依托现行建筑施工规范,结合高层建筑施工独有特征,系统分析深基础施工、主体结构 施工、高空围护防水三大核心技术难点。立足工程实际构建全流程精细化质量管控体系,提出各关键工序对应的标准 化施工工艺与闭环管控措施。工程实践表明,该管控方案可有效解决高层施工质量通病,规避施工质量隐患,提升工 程施工标准化与结构稳定性,可为同类高层建筑施工质量管控工作提供参考借鉴。
In the process of vertical urbanization, high-rise buildings have become a mainstream form of urban construction. Due to complex construction conditions, intensive process intersections, and strict requirements for construction precision, high-rise buildings face greater difficulties in quality control than conventional buildings. In response to current industry problems, such as insufficiently targeted quality control, low refinement in management, and the absence of a whole-process control system in high-rise building construction, this paper draws on current building construction specifications and the unique characteristics of high-rise building construction to systematically analyze three core technical difficulties: deep foundation construction, main structural construction, and waterproofing of high-altitude enclosure systems. Based on engineering practice, a whole-process refined quality control system is constructed, and standardized construction techniques and closed-loop control measures corresponding to key procedures are proposed. Engineering practice shows that this control scheme can effectively address common quality problems in high-rise construction, avoid hidden construction quality risks, and improve construction standardization and structural stability, providing reference for quality control in similar high-rise building projects.
