建筑工程管理的重要性与实施途径的探讨

摘要

建筑工程管理是保障工程项目提质增效、规范施工流程、助力企业长效发展的核心抓手，对新时代建筑行业高质 量转型具有重要支撑作用。本文结合一线施工现场真实工况，梳理中小建筑企业项目管理的现存短板，从制度体系建 设、现场精细管控、数字技术赋能、人才考核培育四个维度，构建适配中小项目的落地性优化体系。研究形成的精细 化管控举措，能够有效帮助中小建筑企业补齐管理漏洞、提升项目建设质效，可为同类工程项目管理升级提供实践参 考，同时为建筑行业精细化、智能化发展提供一定的理论借鉴。

Abstract

Construction project management is a core means of improving project quality and efficiency, standardizing construction processes, and supporting the long-term development of enterprises. It plays an important supporting role in the high-quality transformation of the construction industry in the new era. Based on actual working conditions at frontline construction sites, this paper reviews the existing shortcomings in project management among small and medium-sized construction enterprises. From four dimensions, namely institutional system construction, refined on-site control, digital technology empowerment, and talent assessment and cultivation, it constructs a practical optimization system suitable for small and medium-sized projects. The refined management measures developed in this study can effectively help small and medium-sized construction enterprises address management weaknesses and improve the quality and efficiency of project construction. The study may provide practical reference for the upgrading of similar engineering project management, while also offering theoretical support for the refined and intelligent development of the construction industry.
