摘要

ALPHA 气缸油电子注油器不仅具有准确的供油定时,而且能够根据主机的平均有效压力(油门及转速)的变化 及时改变气缸油供油量,与传统的机械注油器相比,有着能使气缸保持良好的润滑状态、节省气缸油、降低废气颗粒 排放等优点。了解 ALPHA 气缸油电子注油器的结构组成、工作原理,研究其注油率的调节和使用管理等等,对轮机 管理人员来说显得尤为重要。 

关键词: ALPHA注油器;维护管理;注油率调节;船舶主机

Abstract

The ALPHA cylinder oil electronic lubricator not only provides accurate oil supply timing, but also adjusts the cylinder oil feed rate in real time according to changes in the mean effective pressure of the main engine, as reflected by throttle opening and rotational speed. Compared with traditional mechanical lubricators, it offers advantages such as maintaining good cylinder lubrication, saving cylinder oil, and reducing particulate emissions in exhaust gas. For marine engineering management personnel, it is particularly important to understand the structural composition and working principles of the ALPHA cylinder oil electronic lubricator, and to study its feed-rate adjustment, operation, and maintenance management.
