Research on the Promoting Role of Environmental Monitoring in Environmental Engineering Construction
环境工程建设中环境监测的促进作用研究

摘要

生态环境精细化治理背景下,环境工程逐步成为区域污染管控与生态修复的核心载体,监测工作质量直接决定工 程建设与治理成效,但现阶段监测与工程实操脱节问题普遍存在。本文以环境工程全生命周期建设流程为研究脉络, 结合一线工程实操经验,系统梳理监测工作的实际应用价值与现存短板。研究发现,当前环境监测存在全流程监测体 系衔接不足、智能监测技术场景适配度低、数据应用与监管机制不完善三类核心实操问题。对此,本文针对性搭建全 流程监测体系、技术升级、监管赋能的落地优化路径。

Abstract

Against the background of refined ecological and environmental governance, environmental engineering has gradually become a core carrier for regional pollution control and ecological restoration. The quality of monitoring work directly determines the effectiveness of engineering construction and governance. However, at the current stage, the disconnection between monitoring and engineering practice is still common. Taking the whole-life-cycle construction process of environmental engineering as the research framework and combining frontline engineering practice experience, this paper systematically reviews the practical application value and existing shortcomings of monitoring work. The study finds that current environmental monitoring mainly faces three core practical problems: insufficient connection of the whole-process monitoring system, low scenario adaptability of intelligent monitoring technologies, and imperfect data application and regulatory mechanisms. In response, this paper proposes targeted implementation paths involving the construction of a whole-process monitoring system, technological upgrading, and regulatory empowerment.
