Research on the Impact of Construction Contract Management on Cost Control
建筑工程合同管理对造价控制的影响研究

摘要

建筑工程造价管控是工程建设管理的重要内容，现阶段行业普遍存在重结算、轻前置合同管控的管理短板，容易 引发造价偏差与结算争议。本文以建筑工程全生命周期为研究视角，采用文献研究与工程实践归纳的方法，围绕项目 招投标、施工履约、竣工结算全流程，探究合同管理与造价控制的内在关联。研究发现，项目造价失控多源于合同条 款适配度不足、现场风险管控细化不够、岗位协同机制薄弱等实操问题。通过定制化完善合同条款、细化现场风险处 置标准、强化全过程履约管控与岗位联动，可有效缓解工程无效成本累积问题。研究成果可为建筑工程精细化造价管 控提供一定的实践参考。 

Abstract

Construction cost control is an important part of engineering construction management. At the current stage, the industry commonly faces a management weakness of emphasizing settlement while neglecting early-stage contract control, which can easily lead to cost deviations and settlement disputes. From the perspective of the whole life cycle of construction projects, this paper adopts literature research and engineering practice summarization methods to explore the internal relationship between contract management and cost control throughout the whole process of project bidding, construction performance, and completion settlement. The study finds that loss of cost control in projects is mostly caused by practical problems such as insufficient adaptability of contract clauses, inadequate refinement of on-site risk control, and weak position-based coordination mechanisms. By customizing and improving contract clauses, refining on-site risk disposal standards, and strengthening whole-process performance control and position linkage, the accumulation of ineffective engineering costs can be effectively reduced. The research results can provide practical reference for refined cost control in construction engineering.
