BIM技术在建筑工程造价动态管理中的应用

摘要

现代建筑工程日趋复杂化、规模化,传统静态造价管理存在信息割裂、计量精度低、过程管控缺失等短板,难以 适配动态精细化成本管控需求。本文基于工程全生命周期视角,聚焦BIM技术在造价动态管理中的落地应用,系统梳 理其在决策、设计、招投标、施工及结算各阶段的实操路径。结合行业应用现状,总结 BIM 落地存在的应用碎片化、 数据标准不统一、复合型人才短缺、配套制度滞后等问题,并针对性提出优化策略。BIM 技术可有效打通工程信息壁 垒,实现造价动态监测与闭环管控,对提升工程造价数字化、精细化管理水平具有重要实践价值。

Abstract

Modern construction projects are becoming increasingly complex and large-scale. Traditional static cost management has shortcomings such as fragmented information, low measurement accuracy, and insufficient process control, making it difficult to meet the needs of dynamic and refined cost control. From the perspective of the whole life cycle of engineering projects, this paper focuses on the practical application of BIM technology in dynamic cost management and systematically reviews its implementation paths in the decision-making, design, bidding, construction, and settlement stages. Based on the current state of industry application, this paper summarizes problems in BIM implementation, including fragmented application, inconsistent data standards, a shortage of interdisciplinary professionals, and lagging supporting systems, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. BIM technology can effectively break down engineering information barriers and realize dynamic cost monitoring and closed-loop control, which has important practical value for improving the digital and refined management level of engineering cost.
