摘要

市政给排水管道工程属于城市基础设施的重要组成，施工质量同城市防洪排涝能力、居民用水安全以及道路使用 寿命有着直接联系。由于此类工程地下隐蔽工程，线路长、维修难等特点，施工质量控制也存在着诸多困难。常见的 质量通病有沟槽开挖及基础施工缺陷、管道接口渗漏、管道安装偏位和变形、检查井质量不合格等。为此要加强对基 础施工质量的控制，提高管道连接安装的质量，完善附属设施的管理，建立全过程监督验收制度。施工全过程严格控 制，可以保证工程质量，保证给排水系统安全稳定运行。 

Abstract

Municipal water supply and drainage pipeline engineering is an important component of urban infrastructure, and its construction quality is directly related to urban flood control and drainage capacity, residential water safety, and the service life of roads. Since such projects are mostly underground concealed works with long routes and difficult maintenance, construction quality control faces many challenges. Common quality problems include defects in trench excavation and foundation construction, leakage at pipeline joints, pipeline installation deviation and deformation, and substandard inspection well quality. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen quality control of foundation construction, improve the quality of pipeline connection and installation, enhance the management of auxiliary facilities, and establish a whole-process supervision and acceptance system. Strict control throughout the construction process can ensure engineering quality and guarantee the safe and stable operation of water supply and drainage systems.
