Brief Discussion on the Management of Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Engineering

摘要

市政给排水工程是支撑城市水环境治理与民生供水保障的核心基建载体,工程管理质量直接决定城市水系统的运 行稳定性与服务效能。为适配城市基建高质量发展的行业要求,破解市政给排水工程落地过程中的管理不规范问题, 本文采用文献梳理与工程实务分析相结合的方式,探究市政给排水工程管理的提质路径。研究立足工程实操场景,提 炼适配基层市政项目的精细化管理实施范式,形成系统性的工程提质方案。研究成果可有效助力市政给排水工程管理 模式的规范化升级,为同类城市基建项目的质量管控与长效运维提供参考依据。

Abstract

Municipal water supply and drainage engineering is a core infrastructure carrier supporting urban water environment governance and people’s livelihood-oriented water supply security. The quality of engineering management directly determines the operational stability and service efficiency of urban water systems. To meet the industry requirements for high-quality urban infrastructure development and solve the problem of non-standardized management in the implementation of municipal water supply and drainage projects, this paper adopts a method combining literature review and engineering practice analysis to explore quality improvement paths for municipal water supply and drainage engineering management. Based on practical engineering scenarios, the study refines a refined management implementation paradigm suitable for grassroots municipal projects and forms a systematic engineering quality improvement scheme. The research results can effectively support the standardized upgrading of municipal water supply and drainage engineering management models and provide reference for quality control and long-term operation and maintenance of similar urban infrastructure projects.
